High waist skirt - refashion

I made this skirt from upcycled men's shirts - my favorite work! Still huge pile of those in house, but for now I take it one step at time.

So...

Front turned up as high waist, back as regular waist. Drapped, finished with overlock stitch and vintage buttons, this skirt would be (I imagine) ideal as a school or office skirt. Fancy, funky, feminine!
